Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Roameo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Memberships
Memberships are billed per the selected tier. Client IDs are issued on payment approval and are non-transferable.
4. Conduct
No harassment, fraud, or off-platform circumvention of fees through Client ID misuse.
5. Content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Roameo a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
6. Moderation
Gallery images, reviews, and listings are subject to admin moderation. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Payments
All payments are processed through approved providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Liability
Roameo is a marketplace, not a party to the freelancer-client engagement. We are not liable for work delivered.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
